Japanese Bilingual Corporate Access Specialist (Temporary | 6–12 Months)

Our client, International known company, is seeking a bilingual Japanese/English Corporate Access Specialist to support the planning and execution of corporate roadshows, investment conferences, and client events for North American investors and Japanese/Asian corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate corporate roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings.
• Manage meeting schedules, travel logistics, and onsite event support.
• Collaborate with teams in Japan, Hong Kong, and North America.
• Build strong relationships with corporate management and institutional investors.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Japanese with business-level English.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of corporate access, investor relations, or related financial services experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to travel throughout North America and accompany clients on reverse roadshows to Asia.
• Frequent communication with colleagues in Japan and Asia outside normal business hours due to time zone differences.
• Standard working hours are 7:30 AM–5:00 PM. This position is primarily office-based, with an expectation of 4–5 days per week onsite and limited flexibility.
