Janitorial Worker / Cleaning Associate
Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Intec Building Services is hiring dependable janitorial employees for multiple locations throughout Louisville, Kentucky. Employees will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and organized facilities.
Responsibilities:
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean assigned areas
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Refill soap, paper products, and other supplies
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Clean spills and report safety hazards immediately
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
• Follow all site-specific safety rules and procedures
• Complete assigned duties during the scheduled shift
Requirements:
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to stand and walk for most of the shift
• Must be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must follow attendance, safety, uniform, and cellphone policies
• Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not required
• Training will be provided
• Reliable transportation is required

Requisitos:
• Ser responsable y puntual

• Poder permanecer de pie y caminar durante la mayor parte del turno
• Poder agacharse, alcanzar, empujar, halar y levantar hasta 50 libras
• Cumplir con las políticas de asistencia, seguridad, uniforme y uso del teléfono celular
• Se prefiere experiencia previa en limpieza, pero no es obligatoria

• Se requiere transportación confiable
