Position Overview

Patient Centered Services, LLC is seeking a dependable Part-Time Janitorial Site Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across four locations in Henrico County, VA.

This role includes monitoring staff performance, maintaining schedules, conducting periodic inspections, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

•  Oversee approximately 8 janitorial employees across 4 locations 
•  Maintain employee schedules and attendance records 
•  Conduct weekly site inspections to ensure quality standards 
•  Follow up on client concerns and service requests 
•  Support staff communication and accountability 
•  Report operational issues to management as needed 

Qualifications

•  Previous janitorial or supervisory experience preferred 
•  Strong communication and organizational skills 
•  Reliable transportation required 
•  Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism 
•  Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
