The Janitor Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and a welcoming environment within various facilities across the United States. The role involves performing routine cleaning tasks, managing waste disposal, and addressing any immediate maintenance needs to uphold facility standards. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities:

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with facility guidelines and environmental regulations.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any malfunctions or shortages to management.
- Respond promptly to spills, stains, or other cleanliness issues to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, and reporting repair needs.
- Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment to minimize risks during cleaning operations.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure cleaning schedules and quality standards are consistently met.
