We are currently seeking a Janitor / Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Davie, FL.

Job Summary

The Janitor / Commercial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining assigned facilities in a clean, safe, and orderly condition while following company and client standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare assigned areas before and during scheduled shifts.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility.
• Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
• Keep work areas organized and properly maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow all company safety, cleaning, and quality-control procedures.
• Complete other cleaning-related duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Professional attitude and good communication skills.
• Must be available to work the assigned schedule.

Spanish, English or Portuguese language skills are helpful for communication with our teams.
