Itinerant Art Therapist

We are seeking a creative, compassionate, and student-centered Itinerant Art Therapist to provide therapeutic art services
to students across multiple school sites in .
Working collaboratively with educators, related service providers,
and families, the Art Therapist will use art-based interventions to
support students' emotional, behavioral, social, and developmental
needs while fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group art therapy services to
  students across assigned school locations.
• Conduct assessments to identify students' social, emotional, and
  behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using
  evidence-based art therapy techniques.
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, counselors,
  special education teams, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation, treatment notes, progress
  reports, and service logs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team
  discussions as appropriate.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on
  individual needs.
• Travel between assigned schools according to the established schedule.
