IT Systems Administrator

Role: IT Systems Administrator
Location: Highland Hills, OH
Duration: 2 Months Contract (Part Time)
Pay rate: $50/hr.
Responsibilities: 

• Manage and support Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for device management and configuration.
• Administer Windows and MacOS systems, including troubleshooting and software management.
• Manage Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, including users, groups, permissions, and access.
• Support DNS, ADFS, Office 365, Exchange, and SharePoint environments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, VPN, and firewall issues.
• Coordinate with ISPs and network providers for connectivity-related issues.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Provide technical support for system, network, and access-related issues.
• Assist with security, system updates, backups, and general IT infrastructure maintenance.
• Use Jira Service Management/Atlassian tools for tracking and managing IT support requests.

Required Skills:

• Experience with MS Endpoint manager (Intune).
• Experience with networks, routing, and managing ISPs.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows servers and MacOS.
• Experience with managing (Azure) Active Directory.
• Experience with AD, DNS, ADFS, Office 365.
• Experience with VPN and Firewall technology.
• Experience with Exchange and SharePoint.
