Pie Insurance
Location: United States (Remote)
Responsibilities
Security and Cloud Service Operations:
- Administer and integrate cloud services: Okta, Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, Slack
- Create and update technology documentation for internal IT teams and for Pie team members
- Administration of Atlassian Cloud (Jira/Confluence/Service Desk)
Work to Onboard New Team Members:
- Ensure new Pie-oneers have their computer and applications set up on day one
- Maintain standard profiles for new hire access with functional teams
- Automate onboarding, offboarding, and access workflows
- Provision/Deprovision accounts/computers; setup and document required access for new employees
Managing Technical Support for Team Members at all Levels:
- Manage endpoint protection, telephony, computer hardware, and software
- Provide IT assistance via remote support channels (password resets, access requests, application support)
- Support remote team members (configuring, shipping, receiving devices)
- Direct interaction with people is required
The Right Stuff (Requirements)
- 2+ years of IT Support and Systems Administration experience
- 2+ years onboarding and employee management experience
- Proficiency with cloud-based infrastructure (Okta, Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, Slack); cloud antivirus (SentinelOne) preferred
- Knowledge of cloud phone system administration
- Knowledge of remote monitoring systems (RMM); ConnectWise Control preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; problem-solving abilities
- Experience with device management software (Addigy or Intune/Endpoint Management) preferred
- Experience using automation to scale IT infrastructure for a startup or small business is a plus
Base Compensation Range
$30.25 - $36 USD
