Since 1991, ETR has managed both residential and non-residential workforce development programs. Now, with over 30 years of experience, we know exactly how to deliver quality academic and career technical training services, as well as competent and qualified students to employers!
Through our partnership with the U.S. Department of Labor and Office of Job Corps, ETR currently employs over 900 full-time workforce development staff, serving approximately 2,500-3,000 young adults in both residential and non-residential campuses every year.
