The Role:

Our site in Bedford, MA is seeking a IT Program Management Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

What You’ll Do:

• Consolidate and organize IT Program Management Office (PMO) artifacts, including process descriptions, training materials, and tooling
• Recommend solutions to improve how PMO artifacts are created, reviewed and managed
• Assist in the development of new content and improving existing content related
• Maintain a backlog for artifact development and improvement
• Work with peer team members to define plans and timelines for artifact deliverables

What We Seek:

• Third year candidate for a degree in Information Systems or Business Administration with Project Management Concentration
• Ability to work in a Hybrid office environment (in office 3 days/week, remote 2 days/week)
• Detailed orientated and proactively address issues
•  Strong communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Microsoft CoPilot or similar AI tooling
• Desired: Experience within IT organizations within Technology or Manufacturing firms

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:

• Grad year target: 2027 or 2028 (3rd or 4th year student)
• Majors: Information Systems, Business Administration with Project Management Concentration

Eligibility:

• Must be a currently enrolled student
• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (9a-5p) beginning in the Spring 2027 semester
• Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program
• Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for co-ops/internships who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The role requires extended periods of computer-based work, including viewing monitors, entering data, participating in both in-person and virtual meetings, and using standard office productivity tools while seated for significant portions of the workday.
