About This Opportunity
CTI Staffing is partnering with a leading retail/grocery supply chain organization to find an IT Field Support IV professional to provide dedicated executive-level technical support, based in Salisbury, NC.
This role sits at the intersection of IT and senior leadership — resolving complex technical issues quickly, supporting high-visibility meetings and events, and ensuring a seamless technology experience for the organization's most senior executives. You'll travel to support executives across multiple locations and play a key role in how leadership experiences technology day to day.
What You'll Do
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IT issues for senior executive leadership
- Propose and execute technical solutions based on executive needs and business impact
- Lead meetings and coordinate with IT teams to drive resolution on executive-facing issues
- Liaise with vendors, IT programmers, and service owners on new technology and enhancements
- Provide onsite technical support for offsite meetings and executive-sponsored events
- Exercise independent judgment to resolve issues quickly and reduce business impact
- Analyze platform trends and support process improvement initiatives
- Prepare and present findings and reports to IT leadership
- Travel to multiple locations to support geographically distributed executives
Requirements
What You Bring
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a technical field, or business-related field (or equivalent training/certification/experience)
- 3+ years of relevant IT support or technology experience
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level end users
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to independently own mid-to-large projects/issues from start to finish
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
- Ability to travel to support leadership across multiple locations
- Sound judgment operating within general practices and policies
Nice-to-Have:
- Master's degree or advanced certifications
- Experience on Agile teams or in a product/platform operating model
- Retail or grocery industry experience
Technical Environment:
Desktop/endpoint support, AV and conferencing technology, mobile device support, IT service ticketing systems
