About This Opportunity
CTI Staffing is partnering with a leading retail organization to find an Executive IT Support Specialist for their senior leadership team based in Quincy, MA (onsite).
This role is the technical concierge for the organization's most senior executives — providing fast, white-glove IT support during high-visibility meetings, executive travel, and leadership events. You'll be the trusted point of contact bridging IT and the executive team, ensuring every meeting, offsite, and touchpoint runs smoothly from a technology standpoint.
What You'll Do
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues for senior executive leadership in real time
- Provide onsite technical support for executive meetings, offsite events, and leadership gatherings
- Coordinate with vendor partners and internal IT teams to deliver solutions for new technology and meeting needs
- Exercise independent judgment to resolve technical issues quickly, minimizing business impact
- Analyze trends across platforms to identify and resolve chronic technical issues
- Partner with IT leadership to recommend system enhancements and process improvements
- Prepare and present findings and status updates to IT leadership
- Travel occasionally to support executives at offsite locations
Requirements
What You Bring
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a technical field, or business-related field (or equivalent training/certification/experience)
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant IT/technology role
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or VIP-level end users
- Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, mobile, and AV/conferencing technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and independently drive projects from concept to closure
Nice-to-Have:
- Master's degree or advanced certifications in a relevant field
- Experience working in Agile teams or a product/platform operating model
- Retail or grocery industry background
Technical Environment:
Desktop and mobile device support (Windows/Mac), video conferencing and AV systems, mobile device management platforms, vendor coordination tools, IT service management/incident tracking systems.

- Executive meetings and offsites run without technical friction
- Trusted relationships established with executive assistants and leadership
- Independent ownership of mid-to-large technical initiatives with minimal oversight
