• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Software Procurement: Experience working with software procurement processes is required.
• Contract Management: Experience managing software contracts, including renewals, is required.
• Asset Management: Experience with IT asset management and maintaining accurate software/license records.
• ITSM Platforms: Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms is required.
• Microsoft Excel: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Software Renewals: Manage and coordinate annual software renewals and licensing activities.
• Ticket Management: Create, track, and update IT/software-related tickets.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and software vendors to ensure timely renewals.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of software licenses, contracts, renewals, and related documentation.
