Place of Performance: Work performance locations under this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) may include Government sites, contractor facilities, or authorized remote environments.

Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship (required)

Security Clearance: The Government will determine the required clearance level based on sensitivity of work outlined in each Task Order.

Description:

Leads enterprise secure application development and DevSecOps automation initiatives supporting federal cybersecurity missions. Defines secure development standards, architects scalable automation frameworks, and oversees integration of security controls into CI/CD pipelines across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Ensures application-layer security controls align with NIST RMF, SSDF (NIST SP 800-218), and agency-specific mandates. Provides technical authority for secure software architecture decisions, validates security testing rigor, and delivers executive-level reporting on application security risk posture and remediation strategy.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 9+ years relevant experience.
• Additional relevant experience may substitute for formal education.

Recommended Certifications: Security+, relevant Dev cert
