Summary
The ironworker helper is responsible for assisting with the assembly and installation of structural steel under supervision. They must also maintain a safe work environment by cleaning the area and performing firewatch or spotter duties.
Job Description
LPR Apprentice Program
After 6 months of employment, all helpers are eligible for LPR's Apprentice Program. This program offers paid-for training that follows NCCER curriculum and is DOL certified. All Apprentices receive frequent pay raises and promotions as they progress through the program.

With projects throughout the US, we have a fully loaded backlog of work that can provide you continued employment. From Medical buildings, Scheel stores, Universal Studio addition, Fitness centers, and Netflix studios, among other projects.
