POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Investor Relations team seeks a co-op to assist in ad hoc projects including, but not limited to, databases, marketing material preparation and review, and distribution list maintenance. This individual will provide support to all functions within Investor Relations: business development, marketing, and client services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated academic achievement

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior personnel across the firm

• Self-starter with strong project management and follow through skills

• Detail oriented, conscientious and energetic professional with ability to think creatively

• Capacity to discretely handle highly confidential and sensitive information

• Team player with a “Can do” attitude; willingness to take on any task, no matter how small

• Comfort with organizing and interpreting large amounts of data

• Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills

Compensation:

Expected Hourly Rate of Pay $24.00 - $26.00

Actual hourly rate of pay will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
