ECHO Consulting Group seeks an experienced Quality professional to lead a team responsible for nonconformance investigations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead and provide technical direction to a team conducting Nonconformance / Deviation Investigations
Ensure investigations are thorough, timely, scientifically sound, and compliant
Provide oversight of root cause analysis, impact assessments, and CAPA development
Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams
Review and approve investigation reports and ensure appropriate documentation
Identify recurring issues and drive opportunities for continuous improvement
Coach and develop investigators, strengthening investigation quality and consistency

🔹 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field
Significant experience in Pharmaceutical Quality
Strong experience leading or performing Nonconformance / Deviation Investigations
Solid knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and CAPA
Experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
Drug Substance experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to guide and develop technical teams
Excellent communication, technical writing, and problem-solving skills
