Shift & Schedule:This is a PART TIME position working the Day Shift. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required. 

Inventory Control Specialist - Irving, TX

The Inventory Control Specialist checks inventory figures, postings and documents to ensure accuracy. Invoices customers, handles follow-up questions from customers and resolves any discrepancies for our facility.

Position Responsibilities

• Inbound/Outbound PO processing, Invoice customers, handle follow-up questions from customers and resolve any discrepancies.
• Compile requests for materials, prepare purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies and handle inquiries about orders.
• Track all incoming and outgoing shipments of goods transferred between sites, Vendors, and customers.
• Supports Physical Inventory counting and reconciliation processes.
• Handle period ending inventory accounting duties to resolve billing issues related to items purchased for Operations.

Total Rewards:

• Pay starting at $28.00 per hour.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
• 2+ years’ experience in a fast paced warehouse distribution environment controlling inventory
• Working knowledge of computer-based inventory control practices (Cycle Counting and Physical Inventory)
• 2+ Years’ experience with SAP or equivalent Inventory Management Software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
