77 Consultants is actively seeking an Interventional Cardiology Physician to join our esteemed team in Longview. This contract position offers an amazing opportunity to work directly with patient care in a medical practice environment, focusing on cardiovascular health and interventions that make a significant difference in patients' lives.
As an Interventional Cardiology Physician, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing and treating patients with cardiovascular conditions. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals and participate in various interventions that enhance patient outcomes. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with cardiovascular conditions
- Perform interventional procedures to treat coronary and vascular diseases
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Stay current with advancements in interventional cardiology
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Participate in peer reviews and quality assurance programs
Requirements
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 0800 to 1700 hours, with potential for weekend on-call coverage as needed.
**Practice Environment:** Combination of inpatient and outpatient settings.
**Case Types and Procedural Requirements:** Focus on standard interventional cardiology procedures.
**Electronic Medical Record System:** Utilization of EPIC EMR platform.
**Required Certifications:** Candidates must possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
**Licensure:** Active licensure in the state of Washington is mandatory.
