Key responsibilities in your new role

• Tool Development: Design and implement software tools to process large measurement and simulation datasets for SPICE compact model generation
• Data Pipeline: Build data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation pipelines to convert raw lab data into model-ready inputs
• Automation: Create automated quality assurance checks and regression tests for new SPICE models to improve throughput
• Analysis: Develop scripts and visualizations to identify model deficiencies and quantify model quality metrics
• Collaboration: Work with device modelers and process engineers to translate modeling requirements into software features
• Documentation: Produce clear, reproducible documentation and usage guides for lab tools and QA procedures

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 

• Education: Pursuing BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field
• Programming: Strong coding experience in Python and/or C++ and scripting languages for automation
• Modeling: Familiarity with circuit simulation and SPICE or equivalent simulation environments is a plus
• Analysis: Experience with data analysis tools (NumPy, pandas, MATLAB) and data visualization libraries
• Tools: Comfortable with version control systems such as Git and basic software engineering practices
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and focused on improving quality and productivity through software
