Summary
The intern will assist the investment team in evaluating investment opportunities through financial and strategic analysis and operational modelling. They will also support post-transaction portfolio management and help identify potential cross-border investment partners in China and Asia.

In March 2019, Eurazeo was selected by China
Investment Corporation and BNP Paribas to manage a €1 billion fund dedicated to
European companies with strong growth ambitions in the region, France China
Cooperation Fund. The fund focus on investment opportunities with growth
potential in China / Asia markets.
As member of Eurazeo China team, you will be
working closely with Eurazeo’s investment professionals, assisting the team in
evaluating investment opportunities, monitoring and supporting portfolio
companies, etc.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking analysis on investment opportunities, including financial and strategic analysis as well as operational and financial modelling of potential acquisition targets;
- Assisting in post-transaction portfolio management, including China strategy planning, bottom acquisition, etc.;
- Helping with identifying and assessing qualified Chinese & Asia investors for potential cooperation on cross border investment opportunities.
Qualifications
- High fluency in professional English and Mandarin
- Previous experiences in Investment Banking / Consulting / Private Equity are preferred
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial database incl. Capital IQ, Wind, Merger Market, etc.
- Attention to details, solid research skills, independent thinking, and effectively cooperate with others
