About the Role

Network Right is looking for a Business Operations & Office Management Intern to join our team for an approximately 3-month engagement. This is a ground-floor opportunity to work directly with our founders and contribute to real, high-priority initiatives from day one. We're open to both full-time and part-time arrangements depending on your situation.

What You’ll Do

Because we're a growing startup, no two days look the same. You'll get hands-on exposure to how a scaling business operates from the inside, with a mix of project-based and day-to-day responsibilities. Some of what you'll be working on:

• Business operations and special projects: Supporting key company initiatives and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes

• Office space research and scouting: Researching, evaluating, and coordinating visits for potential office locations as we grow our footprint

• Event planning: Helping organize and execute company events, including our end-of-year team gathering

• Office and administrative coordination: Scheduling, vendor coordination, documentation, and keeping day-to-day operations on track

• Office support and upkeep: Keeping the office stocked and organized, managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and making sure the space is set up for the team to do their best work

• Candidate experience and onsite support: Helping host candidates during onsite interviews, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to wrap-up

• Ad hoc research and logistics: Rolling up your sleeves on whatever the business needs most

What We Look For

• A genuine interest in tech, startups, and how a scaling business operates

• Someone who is resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• A willingness to jump in on whatever is needed and figure things out on the fly

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field

What We Offer

• Compensation: $20 per hour

• Duration: 3-month internship with the potential to convert to a full-time role after 90

• days based on business needs

• Hours: Monday through Friday, 20-40 hours per week, typical office hours are between

• 9am-5:30pm

• Location: Onsite required 4 days a week in our New York City HQ
