Internship: Business Intelligence

Job Details: Job Location: Headquarters Erie PA - Erie, PA, Position Type: Internship, Salary Range: Undisclosed, We are looking for highly motivated college students who are eager to learn! All majors are welcome to apply. Interviews and Internships will be held in-person. Looking for proficiency in Excel, Word, and data entry. We require good communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn! 

We have flexible hours starting 8am to 6pm Monday-Friday. Internships will be on site at our Headquarters in Erie's historic Union Station. The program will run from May 2027 to August 2027, and is flexible depending on your school start and end dates.

Position Description:

Work alongside key stakeholders to identify analytics requirements, analyze operational problems and utilize resources from multiple systems to develop business intelligence solutions for effective analysis and presentation of information.
Create data models for analytical research for internal and external customers.
Prepare, validate and reconcile reports.
Audits corporate logistics data to ensure consistency and accuracy for use in reporting.
Utilize project management techniques to assure strong execution, meeting delivery timeframes and proper stakeholder assessment and reporting throughout the assignments.

Assist with other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications: Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proven track record of strong attention to detail and accuracy
Creativity relative to solving problems and managing data
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Technical understanding of data modeling, design, and architecture principles
