The Role

As an Intern at Willmeng, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of construction. You will work closely with our experienced professionals, engage in real-world projects, and learn the ins and outs of the construction process. The internship program at Willmeng allows you to grow within our vibrant culture and exciting structure. 

What you will accomplish

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Assist with project documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and trade partners.
• Conduct site visits and assist with on-site activities.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to safety protocols.
• Attend industry events and seminars to expand your knowledge.

What we would like you to have

• You have strong interpersonal skills and love working in a collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree/Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Strong computer skills -  Microsoft Office, Outlook, Construction Software (Procore).
• We require background checks.
