INTERNET SALES MANAGER

Job Details: Job Location: Honda of El Cajon - El Cajon, CA, Salary Range: $8000.00 - $14000.00Commission/month, Internet Sales Manager

Honda of El Cajon is seeking an experienced Internet Sales Manager to lead our online sales efforts. In this role, you’ll coach the internet sales team, oversee lead response and follow-up, and help customers move from their first inquiry to a great dealership experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and support the internet sales team.
Monitor incoming leads and ensure customers receive prompt, professional responses.
Oversee follow-up by phone, email, and text, and help the team set and confirm appointments.
Partner with the sales team to support new and used vehicle sales.
Review CRM activity to maintain accurate customer records and consistent follow-up.
Track lead response, appointments, showroom visits, and sales results; identify opportunities to improve performance.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and help resolve concerns.
Maintain a professional appearance and perform other duties as assigned.

 
Qualifications: Qualifications:

Automotive sales experience, including experience managing internet leads and using a dealership CRM.
Prior sales leadership or coaching experience preferred.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
