Position Summary: The International Summer Institute Program Assistant will assist with the programming and logistics for the International Summer Institute participants.
Essential Functions:
-Involved in after-hour tutoring.
-Assist with implementation of academic and social events regarding safety.
-Identify and report special needs the participants may encounter.
-Assist with coordination of solutions to problems.
-Ensure the participants are on schedule for their tasks and activities.
-Assist with program assessment.
Required Qualifications:
-Must be a current Washburn student with good academic standing.
-Work well with students from different backgrounds and with differing needs.
-Good time management skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Responsible and dependable.
