Hiring: Internal Affairs Specialist
Work Mode: Onsite

- We are looking for an Internal Affairs Specialist to support the Internal Affairs team with investigations involving employee misconduct, policy violations, fraud, waste, abuse, and other compliance matters.
Responsibilities:
- Request and review data and records
- Prepare clear investigation summaries
- Schedule investigation-related interviews
- Assist with interview notes
- Maintain electronic case files and records
- Compile evidence and supporting documents
- Proofread and edit investigation reports
- Handle confidential information
Required Skills:
- 1+ year of investigative, paralegal, law enforcement, or related experience
- Experience handling confidential information
- 3+ years of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases and follow established procedures
- High School Diploma
Preferred:
- Fraud, waste & abuse experience
- Case management system experience
- Electronic records/file management experience
