In this role, you will…

• Help facilitate interdepartmental communication and workflow alignment.
• Assist in the analysis of business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Support strategic projects.
• Participate in high-level meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborate on creating integration plans for new initiatives and systems.

We are looking for candidates with…

• Active student with at least 1 year completed towards a bachelor's degree.
• Year-round availability to work in person from our Austin headquarters approximately 15-20 hours a week during the school year. 
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to meet expectations while working independently and in teams.
• Multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, strong organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Desire to be a continuous learner.
• Ability to effectively manage assignments.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring a visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
