What You'll Do

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings on various legal and regulatory topics.
• Assist with reviewing, drafting, and organizing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

• Review and analyze legal and regulatory developments impacting the insurance industry.
• Assist with corporate governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives.
• Organize and maintain legal records and documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in an accredited law school program with completion of at least one year of legal studies preferred.
• Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in corporate, business, or insurance law.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
