Integrated Marketing Manager

Gopuff is hiring an Integrated Marketing Manager to bring our biggest marketing initiatives to life.

You’ll own the integrated approach for campaigns across brand, talent partnerships, cultural moments, and strategic growth initiatives, turning an idea or business priority into a clear, coordinated plan across channels, teams, and partners.

This role sits at the center of the work. You’ll connect strategy, creative, media, partnerships, performance, CRM, and external partners to ensure campaigns don’t just get developed; they get launched, show up cohesively, and make an impact.

We’re looking for someone with a strong point of view, a bias for action, and a genuine sense of ownership. Someone with impeccable taste who holds themselves and their work to the highest standard. You should be equally comfortable shaping the plan, writing the brief, pushing the creative, solving the problem, and getting the work out into the world.

Responsibilities

Integrated Campaigns and Cultural Moments

• Own the integrated execution of major Gopuff campaigns across brand, product, growth, and the cultural calendar. From the Super Bowl to product launches, cultural moments, and everything in between.

• Turn strategy into clear, actionable campaign plans across creative, media, social, CRM, performance, partnerships, and in-app channels.

• Build briefs that give creative and cross-functional teams a clear problem to solve and a strong definition of success.

• Keep teams aligned from kickoff through launch, ensuring every touchpoint feels connected to the same idea.

• Identify cultural opportunities where Gopuff can show up credibly and move quickly enough to capitalize on them.

Talent & Brand Partnerships

• Lead campaigns around Gopuff’s talent and brand partnerships, from initial concept through launch and measurement.

• Develop creative partnership ideas that connect Gopuff to culture and create attention beyond traditional paid media.

• Translate partnerships into broader marketing platforms, ensuring they come to life across the full Gopuff ecosystem rather than as standalone activations.

• Serve as a day-to-day lead with talent teams, agencies, brands, and external partners, keeping the work moving and the quality high.

Strategic Growth Initiatives

• Turn strategic business priorities into integrated marketing plans with clear objectives, audiences, channels, and measures of success.

• Identify opportunities where marketing and the Gopuff brand can play a bigger role in driving growth.

• Partner across Brand, Performance, CRM, Product, Merchandising, and other teams to build campaigns that connect brand impact with business outcomes.

• Analyze performance, identify what worked and what didn’t, and translate learnings into stronger future work.

Operating & Ownership

• Own campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional coordination from start to finish.

• Proactively identify roadblocks and solve them before they become problems.

• Drive legal, regulatory, and partner approvals to keep campaigns moving.

• Maintain a high creative bar across every consumer touchpoint.

• Take responsibility for the outcome, not just your piece of the process.

You Have

• 4-7 years in brand marketing, integrated marketing, media/publishing, agency strategy/creative work, or all of the above.

• A track record of taking ambiguous challenges and turning them into shipped experiences, not decks.

• Strong startup instincts. You define the process, chase the approval, and cover the gap nobody assigned to you.

• A high bar for creative and craft, with the taste to know good from good enough.

• The business backbone to defend a decision with numbers, not just conviction.

• Experience managing partners, budgets, and multiple live projects at once, without dropping any of them.

• Direct, efficient communication. 

• Motivated to win.

Compensation

• Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range below reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. Exceptions may be made for exceptional individuals. For additional information on this role’s compensation package, please reach out to the designated recruiter for this role.
• This role is eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus and participation in Gopuff’s equity incentive plan.
• Remote Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000
