Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Senior Insurance Agent to join our growing insurance team. This is a sales-focused producer role responsible for developing new business, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing customized insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales abilities with industry expertise to deliver exceptional service while driving agency growth.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, develop, and maintain client relationships to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
Assess customer insurance needs and recommend customized coverage solutions for individuals, families, and businesses.
Promote and sell insurance products while managing policy renewals and account retention.
Assist clients with policy updates, coverage reviews, and claims support.
Represent the agency through networking, referrals, and community engagement while collaborating with bank and insurance partners to identify opportunities.

Qualifications: Qualifications and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; related insurance or sales experience preferred.
Active insurance license in the applicable state required.
Licensure in Property & Casualty, Life & Health, or Crop Insurance preferred.
Proven sales, business development, and relationship-building skills.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
