Insurance Sales Professional — Remote | Usery Insurance Agencies

Are you looking for a meaningful sales career with the flexibility of remote work, backed by a national brand people already know and trust?

As an Insurance Sales Professional with Usery Insurance Agencies, a captive agency selling Allstate, National General, Foremost, and other carrier products, you'll help grow our book of business by engaging new prospects and building strong client relationships — all from a fully remote seat. You'll apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to help customers understand the real value of protection, and you'll build long-term relationships built on trusted advice.

This is a production-based role with a clear path for advancement. Our agents move through a structured tier system as they grow — increasing base pay, commission opportunity, and responsibility as production increases.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business generation and cross-selling existing customers
• Identify and qualify sales leads from a variety of sources (agency-provided and self-generated)
• Offer Allstate products alongside our partnered carriers (including National General, Foremost, and AMIG) to find the right fit for each customer's needs
• Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
• Introduce clients to life and retirement planning opportunities
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in the agency CRM
• Deliver a consistently positive, high-touch customer experience — remotely

Job Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in Georgia required (resident or non-resident)
• Life & Health license a plus — opens up additional commission opportunities through in-house life and retirement referrals/production
• Strong interest in a sales career — prior sales experience preferred
• No insurance industry experience required
• Confident, self-motivated, and disciplined enough to perform in a fully remote role
• Comfortable working independently while staying accountable to team goals and coaching
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow up without being micromanaged
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable in a CRM-driven, digital-first sales environment

Who You'll Work With

You'll report to Alyson Murphy, our Sales Manager, who leads the sales team's coaching, training, and day-to-day production support. Alyson runs an Active Coaching-style environment focused on helping agents hit tier advancement benchmarks quickly.
