Independent Insurance Services Agency is looking for a licensed and experienced Insurance Client Manager with a strong background in commercial lines insurance. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the commercial insurance process, enjoys working directly with clients, and can confidently manage accounts from day to day.

What You'll DoAs an Insurance Client Manager, you'll serve as a trusted resource for existing commercial clients and help ensure their accounts are well-managed and their insurance needs are being met.
- Manage and service commercial insurance accounts.
- Market insurance policies when appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle policy changes, renewals, billing questions, claims support, and coverage inquiries.
- Review accounts and identify changing client needs.
- Explain coverage options and policy details clearly to clients.
- Identify opportunities for account rounding and additional coverage.
- Process policy updates accurately and maintain organized records.
- Communicate with clients by phone, email, and other appropriate channels.
- Work closely with the agency team to provide a seamless client experience.
- Proactively follow up with clients and carriers as needed.
What We're Looking ForRequired:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Previous insurance agency experience required.
- Commercial lines insurance experience required.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and policy servicing.
- Ability to work effectively in a part-time, work-from-home environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of insurance agency experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities.
- Experienced with agency management systems and computer applications.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Team-oriented and collaborative.
- Confident discussing insurance coverage and identifying client needs.
