What You'll Do
- Build relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their insurance needs.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities, including leads, referrals, and prospecting activities.
- Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
- Quote, bind, and issue new policies while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Cross-sell and round out accounts by identifying additional coverage opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline using agency technology and CRM tools.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Help retain clients by building trust and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve individual and agency goals.
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred.
- Previous insurance sales experience strongly preferred.
- Life & Health license is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, quoting platforms, and agency technology.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in-office in Matthews, NC.
