Installer - Carpenter

Job SummaryArt of Drawers is looking for part-time installation partners who are skilled craftsmen who know how to use a toolbox, saw, drill, and level and want to be known for providing a platinum level of service.

We Offer

• Averages $40–$60 per hour depending on pace and project size.
• 3-Day Training: Hands-on instruction covering installation standards, product systems, troubleshooting, and finish expectations.
• Direct track to Lead Installer with potential pay increase.
• High-Value DIFM Customers – Homeowners who pay for quality and often request additional projects.
• Low Risk, High Support – Materials provided and minimal administrative burden. 
• Opportunities for Bonuses & Referral Fees – Performance-based rewards available. 
• Additional Client Work – Many installers build ongoing relationships that lead to direct side projects outside of Art of Drawers. 

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, handyman work, or skilled trades. 
• Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, precise craftsmanship. 
• Professional, punctual, customer-respectful demeanor. 
• Comfort with standardized install methods and quality guidelines. 
• Ability to identify issues early and communicate clearly. 
• Tools and transportation appropriate for delivering and installing product. 
• Cabinet refacing or related experience is a plus as our offerings continue to expand.
