The Big Task
As an HVAC Installer Assistant, you'll work alongside Lead Installers to help install residential heating and cooling systems safely, efficiently, and correctly. You'll gain hands-on experience while learning the skills needed to advance your HVAC career.
What You'll Do
- Assist Lead Installers with HVAC equipment installation and replacement
- Load, organize, and stage tools and materials
- Maintain clean and organized jobsites and vehicles
- Follow safety procedures and proper installation practices
- Learn HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics
- Communicate professionally with teammates and customers
- Build the skills and experience needed to advance in the trade

You don't need previous HVAC experience—we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
