Tier 1: Initial Training Phase (2-4 weeks) – $16.20/hour while learning the basics.
Tier 2: Field Training Phase – Performance-based pay, averaging $16.20 - $25/hour, based on productivity and skill development.
Tier 3: Entry-Level Installer – Upon completing training, choose between:

Hourly Pay: $20/hour
Performance-Based Pay: Earn $16.20 - $30/hour based on efficiency and completed work.

Work/Job Schedule:

Every Sunday off (every 20 weeks you are required to work one Sunday)

Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform installations of HVAC equipment (Furnaces, Air Conditioners, etc.)
Assist the Lead Installer
Perform basic repairs
Willingness to learn in the Four Seasons training facility
Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

Acceptable Driving Record Preferred
Any type of EPA certification (Type I, II, or Universal) is a plus
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Ability to work in a team
Must be available to work long hours, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
