Pay Range: $16.00- $20.00

SUMMARY

Responsible for providing friendly, helpful and efficient customer service to all Click and collect customers. Assist with the overall operation of click and collect, including: order staging/processing, and customer communication and delivery to vehicle. Adhere to all policies and procedures at all times.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Review orders in the staging area prior to delivery to ensure the correct number of bags Receives communication on upcoming deliveries and then executes friendly, helpful and efficient service bringing the bags to the vehicle as per the customers preference. Assist teammates with reducing shrink within the store, and specifically in the click and collect operation. Ensure that the click and collect operation is kept neat, safe, clean and in accordance with all company and state sanitation regulations. Maintain all established 5S standards. Front end services may be required as business needs necessitate such as packing, stocking candy and cleaning. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be honest, reliable and possess integrity/professionalism for this position. Strong communication skills. Must be register trained and completed all required Front End computer based training courses successfully. Ability to multi-task. Satisfactory Performance Reviews. Basic Literacy skills. Basic Computer Skills.
