Inside Sales Support Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Inside Sales Support Representative based in the United States.

This role supports Account Managers in delivering a smooth and responsive customer experience throughout the sales and order fulfillment process.
You will help manage day-to-day transactions, resolve customer issues, and ensure orders are handled accurately and efficiently.
The position plays an important role in strengthening customer relationships while giving Account Managers more capacity to focus on business growth.
You will proactively monitor open orders, follow up on service issues, and help prevent problems before they affect customers.
The role combines customer service, sales support, order coordination, and frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Success requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, and a genuine commitment to helping customers and colleagues.
This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday remote position offering a supportive team environment and opportunities for professional development.

Accountabilities:

• Provide high-quality customer and sales support to assigned Account Managers throughout the order fulfillment and customer service process.
• Serve as a day-to-day resource for account transactions, helping Account Managers maintain strong customer relationships and focus on account growth.
• Support both new and existing customer accounts by helping resolve issues and ensuring a positive service experience.
• Proactively follow up on open orders and customer service issues to minimize problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare, process, and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle incoming calls and provide support during customer or Account Manager calls as needed.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve order-related questions and customer concerns.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with Account Managers and customers throughout the fulfillment process.
• Contribute to account retention and growth by providing responsive, reliable, and solutions-oriented support.

Requirements

• Strong motivation and drive to succeed in a customer-facing sales support environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and customer requests effectively.
• Strong attention to detail when preparing, processing, and following up on orders.
• Ability to proactively identify potential issues and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with Account Managers, customers, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
