Job Description
YOUR DAILY MISSION
Managing a high-value portfolio focused on Prosthetics and on Sleep Solutions, you will drive revenue growth and expand our North American presence through the following core responsibilities and execution mindset:
- Pick up the phone daily to execute cold outreach and targeted email campaigns to identify, qualify, and sign new accounts.
- Proactively follow up with existing clients, re-engage dormant accounts, and build natural rapport to maximize re-order volumes.
- Rapidly respond to and convert inquiries coming from webinars, trade shows, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain high attention to detail by logging all call activities, follow-ups, and opportunity stages within Pipedrive CRM.
- Partner closely with Outside Sales Representatives and the VP of Sales to maximize regional growth, overcome objections with composure, and ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Stay focused, self-motivated, and resilient in a 100% remote sales environment.
THE WINNING PROFILE
- Experience: 2+ years of proven success in B2B inside sales, cold calling, or outbound business development.
- Prior experience in high-end medical devices, dental sales, healthcare, or digital CAD/CAM technology is considered a strong asset.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Microsoft Office, and CRM software (Pipedrive preferred).
- Language Skills: Functional bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
