Job Description:

The Inside Sales Specialist will support Sungrow's Service Commercial organization by managing customer purchase order execution, service sales operations, contract workflow administration, and commercial process support. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, Service Sales, Contract Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate and timely order processing, invoicing, and customer support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end administrative and operational activities associated with long term service agreements, spare parts sales, warranty extensions, maintenance services, and other service-related transactions. This position will also drive continuous process improvement initiatives, maintain sales and contract management systems, and develop standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchase orders and support order execution activities.
• Coordinate with Service Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Contract Management to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and order data in CRM and CLM systems.
• Support quote generation, lead-time confirmations, and customer inquiries.
• Track order status and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with invoice tracking and resolution of administrative issues.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and sales operation metrics as required.
• Develop, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and business processes.
• Provide general administrative support to the Service Commercial team.

Requirements / Competencies

• Self-starter, strong initiatives and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to execute tasks on-time
• Experience in inside sales, sales operations, or sales process management
• Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Sharepoint) proficiency is required
• Ironclad CLM experience is a plus
• Airtable experience is a plus
• CRM tool experience is a plus
• Speaking Mandarin is a plus 

Work Location, Status, and Travel

• Contract role, Hybrid based in Houston, TX
• Travel might be required from time to time; up to 10%
• No visa sponsorship 

For candidates in the states of California, Colorado, New York and Washington, the anticipated annual base salary for this role is between $60,000 - $95,000 This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The base salary offered is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, location, or other factors related to the role.
