Inside Sales Representative - Real Estate Lending

Mortgage experience is not required. We’ll provide training on our lending products, processes, and systems. We’re looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, business-minded, professional, and driven to achieve results.

While we provide qualified leads, this is a high-volume, phone-based sales role with a strong focus on consistent outreach, follow-up, and pipeline development. You’ll spend a significant part of your day engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and converting opportunities into closed business. If you enjoy sales, thrive in a performance-driven environment, and are comfortable on the phone, this could be a strong fit.

In This Role, You Will

• Make a high volume of outbound calls and follow up consistently with prospects.
• Take inbound calls from real estate investors interested in financing.
• Follow up with leads and past customers by phone, email, and text.
• Learn how to evaluate a real estate deal and identify the appropriate loan product.
• Review applications and supporting financial information.
• Guide borrowers through the process from initial conversation through closing.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline information in the CRM.
• Work toward defined activity, conversion, and production goals.
