Inside Sales Executive
Role Purpose:
Support LRQA's growth strategy across the United States by generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, managing sales activities, and supporting revenue growth across multiple industries. This role is responsible for the full sales cycle, including lead generation, outbound prospecting, cold calling, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, customer engagement, and contract closure.
Location Preference: This is a remote position; however, preference will be given to candidates located in Pennsylvania (PA), Ohio (OH), or New York (NY). Candidates within reasonable proximity to Lewisburg, PA, are particularly encouraged to apply, as occasional in-person collaboration may be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and lead follow-up activities. • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. • Engage with new, existing, and dormant clients to identify business opportunities. • Build strong customer relationships and understand client needs. • Support business growth through opportunity management and transactional sales activities. • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and External Sales teams. • Maintain accurate CRM records, commercial activity reports, and sales forecasts. • Represent LRQA professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Bring:
• 1-3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Sales Development, or B2B Sales. • Proven experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline management. • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar tools. • Strong communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills. • Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented individual with a strong desire to grow. • Experience in Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Industrial Services, Energy, Technical Services, or Professional Services is advantageous but not required. • Ambitious sales professional with a proactive hunter mentality, resilience, and the ability to consistently generate new business opportunities.
