The Role

The Inside Channel Manager Senior partners with indirect sales channels to drive revenue growth across an assigned portfolio of partners and customers. Working closely with Channel Managers and cross-functional teams, this role is responsible for developing partner strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding customer relationships across the full Lumen portfolio. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with experience building partner relationships, generating new business, and delivering strong customer outcomes.

Long Description

This role is fully remote. However, to support business needs and stakeholder alignment, candidates must be located in the Eastern United States.

The Main Responsibilities

• Drive sales across the full Lumen portfolio, supporting opportunities from Small Business through Regional and Large Enterprise customers.
• Develop and execute cross-sell and up-sell strategies to expand partner and end-customer business.
• Create and implement partner and account plans that support revenue growth and customer retention.
• Maintain a consistent focus on acquiring new partners and generating new-logo customer opportunities.
• Collaborate with Channel Managers to identify, qualify, and advance partner-led sales opportunities.
• Coordinate internal resources including sales engineering, product, operations, and support teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Build and strengthen partner relationships to uncover and develop new business opportunities.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and maintain a pipeline that supports quota attainment.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• 4+ years of sales experience, preferably within a business-to-business inside sales environment.
• Proven success driving revenue growth and managing customer relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred

• Experience selling through and supporting indirect channel or partner-based sales programs.
• Experience within telecommunications, technology, or business services industries.
• Knowledge of quoting tools such as IFO, Scenario Manager, Light Speed, or similar systems.
• Experience generating NSPs, CARs, Service Inquiries, Vendor Bids, and SaleLink transactions.
• Demonstrated success developing and closing complex partner-led opportunities.
• Strong track record of leadership, peer mentoring, and participation in organizational initiatives
