Inside Account Executive - Auto Credit

The Opportunity

Turn your automotive experience and phone confidence into uncapped earning potential. NCC is hiring  Account Executives to win new dealership customers for our auto-credit solutions. You will own a high-activity outbound territory, connect with dealership decision-makers, and close business through a straightforward value proposition and a short sales cycle.

What You'll Do

• Prospect daily through outbound cold calls, email, social outreach, and disciplined follow-up to build a healthy pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact and discovery through presentation, negotiation, and signed agreement.
• Reach dealership owners, general managers, F&I leaders, and other decision-makers with relevant, concise messaging.
• Translate NCC's auto-credit capabilities into clear dealership value, including operational efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain accurate opportunities, activity, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, conversion, and revenue goals.
• Partner with sales leadership and internal teams to create a smooth handoff and strong customer experience.

What You'll Bring

• Required: 2+ years of B2B sales experience, including regular outbound cold calling and self-generated pipeline development.
• Required automotive experience through at least one of the following paths:
• Dealership experience in sales, internet sales, BDC, F&I, management, or another customer-facing revenue role; or
• Experience selling software, credit, finance, marketing, data, compliance, or other products and services to auto dealerships.
• A hunter mindset: comfortable opening doors, handling rejection, creating urgency, and asking for the business.
• The ability to speak credibly with dealership leadership and quickly connect our solution to their priorities.
• Strong organization, follow-through, coachability, and accountability in a metrics-driven environment.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM to manage pipeline and daily activity.
