Thomson Reuters is building and launching some of the most ambitious products in the business, including AI-driven tools that are changing how legal work gets done. Getting those products from decision to market, and then from market to scale, takes a working engine: timelines, cross-functional coordination, readiness, follow-through. This role manages that engine.

As Innovation Delivery Manager, you are the operational lead of how Legal Professionals launches, releases, and commercializes. You turn strategy into plans that ship. You keep Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations pointed in the same direction and running on the same clock. And because you sit at the center of that machine, you get a rare view of how a major business decides what to build, how to price and package it, and how a new idea becomes a funded, growing line of business.

This is a role for someone who likes to own outcomes, not just report on them. The core is execution. The upside is a front-row seat to growth, AI commercialization, and business-building, with room to contribute to that thinking as you earn it.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform launch strategy into detailed, executable plans including timelines, workstreams, milestones, and deliverables; define, assign, and track work across every function to ensure nothing slips between the cracks
• Serve as the communication and alignment hub for the innovation leadership group, translating between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure priorities, tradeoffs, and decisions travel cleanly across the group
• Act as the connective tissue across all functions, holding the whole system accountable to shared clarity and shared deadlines
• Map dependencies early, sequence the work, surface risk before it becomes delay, and partner with core teams to escalate, resolve, and follow through until closed
• Maintain a live, honest picture of launch status and progress against milestones across all workstreams, synthesized for fast decision-making
• Own the launch operating rhythm—weekly workstream meetings, cross-functional syncs, readiness reviews—running them to produce decisions and momentum, not status theater
• Keep every launch readiness component on track (sales plays and enablement, marketing content, pricing and packaging, onboarding and support) and track both completion and quality across teams
• Drive post-launch stabilization by watching early adoption, gathering feedback from GTM and customer-facing teams, closing gaps, and ensuring teams have visibility into results
• Contribute first-pass analysis, research, and dependency mapping on new growth initiatives; help shape new commercialization approaches and launch models as the business scales
• Support preparation for executive reviews, steering committees, and investment discussions, helping leaders see how ideas move from concept to business case to funded launch

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience across program management, GTM execution, product commercialization, or operations, ideally including a full cycle of bringing a product from concept through scale
• Proven track record building processes, operating models, or launch frameworks from scratch and scaling them across teams or organizations
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to align and influence senior leaders, peer teams, and direct reports without direct authority over all parties
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, synthesizing complex information and making sound decisions without perfect data
• Results-oriented with a track record of delivering outcomes on time and to quality. Able to break down strategic goals into executable plans and hold teams accountable to milestones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Building a process or operating model where none existed—from initial blank page to a functioning system that scaled across teams or functions
• Driving a complex, cross-functional initiative from initial ambiguity through to completion, including managing dependencies, sequencing work, and resolving blockers
• Identifying a significant risk, dependency, or gap early and taking ownership to resolve it, without waiting for escalation
• Influencing senior or peer stakeholders to align on priorities, tradeoffs, or decisions despite not having direct authority
• Crafting an executive communication (update, business case, or briefing) that clearly surfaced options or implications and drove a leadership decision
• How they assess completion: what criteria they use to determine whether a project, process, or deliverable is truly done, beyond a technical checklist
• Additionally, experience in SaaS, LegalTech, or fast-moving technology environments, plus genuine interest in how AI is changing professional work, are strong assets.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.

For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $100,100 USD - $185,900 USD.

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
