Influencer Manager & Creator Outreach (Gaming & iGaming) - US/Canada

The Mission

We aren’t looking for a passive PR coordinator or an "influencer fan" who just browses social media all day. We need an ambitious, highly disciplined Outbound Talent Scout and Relationship Builder who runs creator acquisition like a high-volume sales engine.

Your mission is to hunt for gaming creators, streamers, and esports personalities across Twitch, Kick, YouTube, and X—pitching them with conviction, closing partnership deals, and managing campaigns across our Gamified Shopping and iGaming ecosystems.

This is a high-velocity, high-accountability role. You will be managing active pipelines in our CRM, tracking creator conversions, and executing daily outreach targets. If you live and breathe Counter-Strike (CS2), Fortnite, or streaming culture, and bring the work ethic to manage 50+ active creator conversations simultaneously, this role was built for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Aggressive Creator Scouting: Proactively discover emerging and mid-tier streamers, YouTubers, and content creators across Twitch, Kick, YouTube, and X—focusing heavily on Counter-Strike (CS2), Fortnite, and iGaming/gambling audiences.
• High-Volume Outbound Pipeline: Run a disciplined daily outreach workflow. Pitch talent directly or through talent agents, overcoming objections and negotiating competitive deal structures (fixed fees, rev-share, or hybrid models).
• Cross-Brand Campaign Execution: Manage and activate creator campaigns across both our gamified e-commerce platform and our broader iGaming ecosystem.
• Flawless CRM & Attendance Hygiene: Maintain immaculate daily records of creator outreach, deal stages, contract terms, and campaign deliverables inside our CRM and internal tracking systems.
• Relationship & Retention Management: Act as the primary, trusted point of contact for onboarded creators, ensuring they fulfill their stream/video requirements on time and stay motivated to renew.
• Trend & Meta Monitoring: Stay plugged into streaming drama, gaming memes, CS2 skin dynamics, and meta-shifts to recruit high-ROI creators before they get picked up by mainstream brands.

• The Outbound Sales Mindset: Proven track record in a high-volume, performance-driven role—such as outbound influencer marketing, recruiting, B2B sales, or business development. You thrive on daily outreach targets.
• High Reliability & Accountability: Extreme personal work ethic, punctuality, and self-management. You don't disappear, miss meetings, or drop pipeline updates.
• Gaming & Streaming Culture Native: Deep, authentic familiarity with Counter-Strike (CS2), Fortnite, or similar competitive titles, as well as the streaming platforms (Twitch, Kick, YouTube) and meme culture surrounding them.
• Elite Communication & Pitching: Outstanding ability to talk to 19-year-old Kick streamers and corporate talent managers alike, establishing instant authority and closing deals.
• Pipeline Organization: Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline of 50+ active deals across different stages without dropping details, missed follow-ups, or unread messages.
• Timezone Alignment: Ability to operate reliably during EST business hours to align with key creators, agents, and internal team calls.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Direct experience working in the CS2 skin economy, iGaming, casino, or loot-box creator marketing spaces.
• Existing network or direct contacts with gaming streamers, esports orgs, or digital talent agencies.
• Hands-on experience with influencer CRMs and scouting databases (e.g., Modash, GRIN, Meltwater, HubSpot).
