Industrial Journeyman Electrician

Rinvio is hiring Industrial Journeyman Electricians for electrical installation and support work in the Manassas, Virginia area.

Pay: $50-$65/hour, based on experience, credentials, and project fit

Location: Manassas, VA

Schedule: Full-time project work; schedule and overtime may vary by project needs

Type: Full-Time W-2

Responsibilities:

- Install and support industrial electrical systems, conduit, feeders, controls-related wiring, panels, and equipment

- Perform wire pulls, terminations, device installation, layout, and field troubleshooting

- Read and interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, schematics, and installation details

- Support safe, efficient project execution in industrial or large commercial environments

- Coordinate with foremen and site leadership on daily production, quality, and safety expectations

- Maintain professional work habits and clean installations suitable for demanding project sites

Requirements:

- Journeyman-level electrical experience in industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, or large commercial environments

- Strong conduit, feeder, panel, controls wiring, and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to read prints and work safely around energized-equipment protocols when applicable

- Reliable transportation to the Manassas/Northern Virginia project area

- Own basic hand tools and standard PPE

- OSHA 10/30 or site safety credentials are a plus

- Dependable, safety-focused, and able to complete site onboarding requirements
