INDEPENDENT HEALTHCARE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & REFERRAL CONSULTANT

Position Overview

Global Private Home Care Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven independent consultant to expand our professional referral network and generate qualified private-pay home care clients. The ideal candidate already has an active Metro Atlanta book of professional referral relationships and a proven history of converting relationships into referrals, admissions, or client opportunities.

Priority Referral Territory

Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Milton, North Fulton, Buckhead, Atlanta, and surrounding Metro Atlanta communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage and expand relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, senior living communities, physicians, case managers, social workers, care coordinators, elder-law professionals, geriatric care managers, and other senior-care referral sources.• Independently develop outreach and relationship strategies that generate qualified private-pay home care opportunities for Global.• Introduce Global's services to appropriate referral partners and cultivate new professional relationships within priority markets.• Document consultant-originated referrals and business-development results.• Represent Global professionally, ethically, and in accordance with approved brand and service information.

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of healthcare sales, business development, referral development, community relations, or related experience.• Established and active Metro Atlanta healthcare and/or senior-care referral network strongly preferred.• Demonstrated success generating or converting private-pay home care, senior-care, or healthcare referral opportunities.• Strong relationships in North Fulton, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Milton, Buckhead, or nearby markets highly desirable.• Self-directed, professional, organized, and able to determine independently how, when, and where to perform business-development activities.• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the Metro Atlanta referral territory.

Independent Consultant Structure

This is a nonexclusive 1099 independent consulting opportunity, not a salaried employee position. The consultant controls their own schedule, outreach methods, routes, and day-to-day business-development activities and may serve other noncompeting organizations subject to confidentiality and conflict-of-interest requirements.

Compensation

$400 monthly consulting retainer during the initial 90-day engagement, plus $500 success fee for each qualifying new private-pay client.

The success fee is earned when the consultant is the documented originating referral source, the client was not already in Global's pipeline, the client signs, care begins, and Global receives the first cleared payment.

90-Day Review

At the end of the initial 90-day engagement, Global will review referrals, admissions, revenue, relationship quality, and organizational needs to determine whether to renew the consulting engagement, conclude it, or consider a separate employment position.
