We are building a network of experienced local sales professionals who can represent Panoptyc in person when opportunities arise in their market.

The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced B2B sales professionals across the United States who are interested in flexible, project-based field sales work.

This is not a traditional full-time Account Executive role.

Instead, Panoptyc will provide specific sales opportunities in your local area. Our internal team will handle prospecting, account research, and overall deal strategy. Your role is to provide the local, face-to-face sales presence.

Assignments may include:

• Visiting a prospect's office or business location

• Meeting with owners, operators, and other decision-makers

• Delivering a short introduction or product pitch

• Demonstrating the product, solution or equipment

• Asking predefined discovery questions

• Building rapport with the prospect in person

• Gathering feedback and relevant account information

• Helping secure the next meeting or advance an existing opportunity

• Providing a concise recap to our internal sales team after the visit

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in people with backgrounds such as:

• Account Executive

• Outside Sales Representative

• Territory Sales Representative

• Business Development Representative

• Field Sales Representative

• Independent Sales Representative

Ideally, you have:

• 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience

• Experience meeting prospects and customers in person

• Confidence speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A professional and personable presence

• The ability to quickly learn and communicate a B2B technology offering

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally

Experience selling SaaS, technology, security, cameras, retail technology, POS systems, or other B2B solutions is helpful, but not required.

You provide the local, in-person presence.

Assignments will be offered based on your location and availability. There is no requirement to build your own pipeline or commit to a full-time schedule.

Compensation will be structured on a per-assignment basis, with the potential for additional performance-based incentives.
